The process was seamless, and we were extremely impressed at the caliber of candidates sent our way. The intern we brought on went above and beyond to learn and contribute for the 10 weeks he interned over the summer.  Overall a great experience, and we look forward to bringing on interns again in the future.

Intern Scale was a fabulous resource in helping find incredible talent for the summer. The team heard about our ongoing initiatives and projects and was able to find great candidates ...Intern Scale has been equally as helpful to intern candidates as it has been to us and our team scaling operations. Our intern program went very well. We conducted a mid-intern survey and received an NPS of 83.  The interns conducted their final project presentations yesterday and all of the attendees (managers, buddies, others in their department) were blown away.

Rachel Bullard

Our placed intern was immediately impactful.  Intern Scale selected someone that had a direct interest in the projects we indicated in our screening calls.  The intern was wonderfully engaged, and accountable in his time with our company.

Hear from our alumni:

I applied to Intern Scale after spending six months unsuccessfully searching for and applying to internships. Intern Scale immediately connected me with interview opportunities at multiple startups ... Intern Scale also offered me constant advice and mentorship before, during, and after the interview processes.

Intern Scale helped me find the perfect role by getting to know me & introducing me to the right companies that aligned with my skillsets and values. During the course of the internship program, they regularly checked in and made sure everything was going smoothly! Highly recommend!
